Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. GSA/Guest Service Associate - Front Office located in Pune. The role involves handling guest services, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment.

Qualifications

• Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing Reservations
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in using front office software and systems
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
