Key Responsibilities:
• Greet, welcome, and engage with guests to ensure a warm
and memorable experience
• Collect feedback and address guest queries, needs, and
concerns with a positive attitude
• Monitor service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all
touchpoints
• Coordinate with the restaurant and kitchen teams to resolve
issues quickly
• Represent the brand values and maintain a polished,
professional appearance
• Handle daily reports and update management on guest
insights
• Guide and train junior team members to maintain a
positive attitude and guest-first approach
• Work closely with the corporate team on guest experience
strategies
Candidate Requirements:
• Female candidates only
• Background in hospitality/hotel management
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience
are welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart, energetic, and well-presented personality
