Job Description

Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
Handle guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently.
Understand guest preferences and ensure personalized service.
Coordinate with service, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth dining experiences.
Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain guest records and special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, repeat guests).
Ensure restaurant ambience, cleanliness, and presentation meet service standards.
Promote restaurant offers, events, and specials to guests.
Support service staff during peak hours to enhance guest satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to hospitality service standards and brand guidelines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
