Guest Relation Executive / Receptionist

Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) – Real Estate / Reciptionist

About the Role:
We are looking for a smart and dynamic Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors at our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless guest experience, handle client interactions, and support the sales team in lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors at project sites.
• Provide project information, brochures, and guide clients through show flats.
• Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and follow-ups.
• Manage guest registrations, enquiry logs, and update CRM systems.
• Handle calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
• Ensure the front desk/reception area is well-managed and professional.
• Support event coordination and client engagement activities at the site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front office (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
