About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers who have strong communication skills, are well-groomed and eager to begin their career in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional and well-presented appearance
• Assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities and local attractions
• Handle guest queries and minor concerns with confidence and courtesy
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office and other departments for smooth service
• Maintain guest records and update information in the system
• Support the team in daily front office operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Computer literacy
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude
• An outgoing personality
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed
• Record information in the logbook daily
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standard.
• Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way.
• Addressing and escalating customer complaints.
• Providing information about facilities, programs and other services.
