JOB SUMMARY
Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and ensure timely communication between departments and clients.
Address guest queries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain records of client interactions and provide follow-ups as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guest expectations are met.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Well-groomed with a presentable and approachable personality
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Confident, articulate, and fluent in English & Hindi
Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills.
