Key duties include welcoming guests, assisting with inquiries, managing check-in/check-out, coordinating with other departments, and building rapport to foster loyalty. • Guest interaction: Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services and amenities.
• Problem resolution: Address guest complaints and concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
• Special assistance: Attend to VIP guests and assist with tasks like confirming travel arrangements or taking messages.
• Service coordination: Work with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
• Guest satisfaction: Proactively anticipate guest needs and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Administrative tasks: Prepare welcome folders, maintain guest records, and log daily information.

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in guest relations or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
