Guest Relation Executive

• Job Role:

The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their stay at the hospital. The GRE acts as a liaison between patients, their families, and various hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors at the reception or help desk.
• Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, doctors, and procedures.
• Guide patients through registration, admission, and discharge processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate patient requests and resolve service-related issues.
• Handle complaints or concerns empathetically and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure the waiting area and reception space are organized and presentable.
• Support international or VIP patients with special assistance (if applicable).
• Maintain records of patient feedback and service recovery.
• Assist in managing appointments and follow-ups for patients.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service or front office, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Malayalam and english
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Patient, empathetic, and service-oriented
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Hospital Management Software)
