Guest Relation Executive-Front Office

As a Guest Relations Officer at Accor, your role involves: - Responsible for ongoing communication of pertinence using the logbook provided to other shifts. - Responsible for ensuring clear and constant communication lines are kept with all staff, other areas, and Departments. - Ensure that all guest enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional, warm, and friendly manner. - Stay fully aware of all arrivals to the Hotel daily, especially VIPs and return guests, and act on any special requests promptly. - Have a complete knowledge of the services and facilities the hotel provides to guests and visitors. - Familiarize yourself with the outlets of the hotel, their operating hours, and the services they offer. - Ensure that the Guest Relations Desk is never left unattended while on duty. - Be fully aware of the Fire and Emergency Procedures of the hotel and your responsibilities in an emergency. - Acquire a complete knowledge of all policies set by the hotel related to Guest Relations through provided training. Qualifications required for this role: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to remain calm and composed under pressure. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize guest needs in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
