Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive to ensure a memorable and seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand, creating a welcoming environment and offering attentive service from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collect guest feedback and ensure continuous service improvement.
• Maintain guest records and follow up on special preferences or requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office/Guest Relations in a hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasing personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficient in using PMS systems and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,991.45 - ₹36,664.46 per month
