Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-Desk Management

    : You will oversee all front-desk operations, including greeting and welcoming visitors, handling appointments, managing inquiries, and assisting with registrations. You will also coordinate with internal departments to facilitate client meetings and service requests.
  • Customer Relations

    : A core part of your role is to handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously. You will maintain customer records, update the
