Job Title: Guest Relationship Officer

Job Summary:

The Guest Relationship Officer serves as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey at our hospital. This role involves managing patient inquiries, providing information about services, and addressing concerns to enhance patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Interaction:**

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing assistance and information about IVF services.

- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and address any issues.

- **Information Management:**

- Provide accurate information regarding treatment options, procedures, and hospital policies.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hospital’s services and offerings.

- **Support Services:**

- Assist patients in completing necessary documentation and forms.

- Coordinate with medical staff to relay patient concerns and feedback.

- **Problem Resolution:**

- Address and resolve patient complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

- Escalate unresolved issues to the Guest Relations Manager as necessary.

- **Administrative Duties:**

- Maintain records of patient interactions and feedback.

- Assist in organizing patient events and educational programs.

Qualifications:

- **Education:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.

- **Experience:**

- Minimum of 2 years experience in guest relations, customer service, or healthcare environment.

- Experience in IVF or reproductive health services is a plus.

- **Skills:**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Empathy and understanding of patient needs and concerns.

- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.

Working Conditions:

- May require working evenings or weekends based on patient needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,892.83 - ₹22,015.52 per month
