About the Role

Guest Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly as they arrive.
  • Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
  • Guide guests to their tables and ensure comfort.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team for smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception/host desk area.
  • Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions when required.
  • Build positive relationships with regular guests and ensure repeat business.
  • Maintain guest records, reservation logs, and daily reports.

Requirements

  • 12th Pass / Graduate in Hospitality preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations / Host / Front Office.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & local language).
  • Good grooming, positive attitude, and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
  • Basic computer knowledge for reservation software.

Preferred Skills

  • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Experience in premium or fine-dine restaurants is a plus.
