About the Role

Guest Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests warmly as they arrive.
Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
Guide guests to their tables and ensure comfort.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team for smooth operations.
Maintain a clean and presentable reception/host desk area.
Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions when required.
Build positive relationships with regular guests and ensure repeat business.
Maintain guest records, reservation logs, and daily reports.

Requirements

12th Pass / Graduate in Hospitality preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations / Host / Front Office.
Excellent communication skills (English & local language).
Good grooming, positive attitude, and customer service mindset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
Basic computer knowledge for reservation software.

Preferred Skills

Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Experience in premium or fine-dine restaurants is a plus.
