Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for creating a positive and seamless experience for clients, investors, channel partners, and visitors. The role involves managing front-desk operations, coordinating property site visits, providing project information, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the company's values of hospitality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors at the office or project site with warmth and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and schedule property site visits, ensuring smooth logistics and timely arrangements.
  • Provide accurate information about ongoing projects, amenities, pricing, and facilities (as directed by the sales team).
  • Maintain an organized reception area and ensure a premium, customer-friendly environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries courteously and efficiently.
  • Support the sales and CRM teams by preparing documents, brochures, and client information kits.
  • Assist clients during project tours, guiding them to sample flats, model apartments, or project amenities.
  • Ensure guest records, visitor logs, and appointment schedules are maintained accurately.
  • Address client concerns and escalate issues to the relevant teams when required.
  • Coordinate with administration, housekeeping, and security to ensure readiness for client visits, events, or meetings.
  • Track and follow up on post-visit feedback to support client engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, customer service, or front-office roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional grooming, confident personality, and strong customer service ethics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and support teams in a fast-paced environment.
