Job Description

Manage and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, and gardeners.JD: Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and high-quality service throughout their stay. Address any guest inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly and professionally.Facility Management: Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the guest house, including guest rooms, common areas, and amenities.Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and other support staff. Ensure staff are trained and perform their duties effectively.Booking Management: Coordinate reservations and manage room allocation to maximize occupancy. Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information.Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels of supplies, such as linens, toiletries, and kitchen items. Ensure timely procurement of necessary items.
