Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Instructional Leadership:

    Deliver engaging sessions and demonstrate strong teaching and mentoring skills.
  • Professional Development:

    Facilitate and evaluate training activities that align with institutional goals.
  • Curriculum Design:

    Supervise lesson planning, develop academic resources, and implement research-based teaching strategies.
  • Content Development:

    Create and review academic content such as PPTs, notes, and assessments in collaboration with the content team.
  • Assessment:

    Prepare, evaluate, and interpret student assessments to measure learning outcomes.
  • Mentorship:

    Guide new faculty members and contribute to professional discussions or conferences.
  • Collaboration & Feedback:

    Work closely with academic management to enhance teaching quality and program delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    offline, live, and recorded classes

    as per schedule (hourly, need-based engagement).
  • Demonstrate

    strong subject knowledge

    in Physics/Radio Physics and related methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate

    student records

    (attendance, grades, performance) while ensuring confidentiality.

    curriculum development

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Qualification:

    Master’s degree in

    Physics

    or

    Radio Physics

    .
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    3–4 years

    of teaching experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and academic leadership.
  • Experience with

    healthcare education frameworks

    ,

    policy implementation

    preferred.
  • Proven experience in

    curriculum development
