Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site GST Executive/Specialist role based in Nagpur. The role involves managing GST compliance processes, filing GST returns, assisting clients with TDS and GST-related inquiries, resolving compliance issues, and conducting research to stay updated on taxation policies and changes. The selected candidate will also provide support in improving compliance efficiency and offer professional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and maintaining compliance accuracy
• Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Basic understanding of Sales functions, with the ability to work in collaboration with sales teams, as needed
• Demonstrated Research skills for staying updated on taxation laws and compliance standards
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Prior experience or knowledge in taxation, GST, or TDS compliance is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
