Job Title: F&B Service Crew

About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and service-oriented F&B Service Crew members to join our brand-new luxury property in Athirappilly, Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, a strong passion for hospitality, and a desire to grow in the field of Food & Beverage Service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when requested.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
• Offer menu recommendations and upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, order slips, or by memorization.
• Communicate order details clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all dishes and kitchenware meet cleanliness and presentation standards; report any discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Deliver checks, process payments, and handle billing efficiently.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables for new guests.
• Participate in daily briefings to review menu changes, specials, and service standards.
• Consistently provide exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Catering Technology / F&B Service.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a passion for learning.
