Job Description : We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Guest Service Associate – F&B Service to join our Food & Beverage team at MYSA Sky Suite. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and a commitment to providing guests with a seamless and memorable dining experience. Duties & Responsibilities : Greet and escort guests to their tables in a warm and courteous manner. Present menus and provide detailed information when requested (e.g., portion sizes, ingredients, allergens). Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware. Offer menu recommendations and upsell additional items when appropriate. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, order slips, or memorization. Communicate order details clearly to kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Check dishes and tableware for cleanliness and presentation; report any issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas at all times. Deliver checks and collect bill payments accurately. Clear tables and carry used plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning. Attend daily briefings to review menu changes, specials, and service details for reservations. Consistently provide excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Catering Technology. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Guest Service Associate / Waiter) in a reputed hotel or resort. Strong communication skills in English. Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and commitment to service excellence.
