Job Description :

We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Guest Service Associate – F&B Service to join our Food & Beverage team at MYSA Sky Suite. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and a commitment to providing guests with a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Greet and escort guests to their tables in a warm and courteous manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when requested (e.g., portion sizes, ingredients, allergens).
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Offer menu recommendations and upsell additional items when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, order slips, or memorization.
• Communicate order details clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check dishes and tableware for cleanliness and presentation; report any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas at all times.
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments accurately.
• Clear tables and carry used plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Attend daily briefings to review menu changes, specials, and service details for reservations.
• Consistently provide excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Catering Technology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Guest Service Associate / Waiter) in a reputed hotel or resort.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and commitment to service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
