Role Overview: As a professional in the Wealth Management division of Goldman Sachs, you will play a vital role in providing proactive financial counseling and full-service implementation to high net worth individuals. Your ability to understand the financial markets, think creatively, and deliver exceptional client service will be essential in maintaining and enhancing the business. You will work closely with advisors to address complexities in personal financial planning, investment management, and tax services. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary operational driver of the Executive Wealth (EW) team by managing incoming inquiries and tracking client priorities - Support Advisor teams in providing comprehensive financial planning, investment planning, and tax services to corporate employees, executives, and high-net-worth individuals - Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisor teams to assist AYCO clients - Contribute to business growth leveraging your operational background and experience - Anticipate and recommend solutions to meet client needs and resolve investment-related issues - Manage cash balances and private banking services in accounts - Handle time-sensitive client service-related issues and complex situations - Oversee new account onboarding process, asset transfers, and other account service requests - Manage the pipeline of new business opportunities in Salesforce - Prepare various reports for clients including cash flow planning, income tax projections, investment allocation, and estate flowcharts - Facilitate client portfolio performance reporting and analysis - Collaborate with internal groups to complete investment and operational tasks - Manage positive/negative consent client emails, exception tracking, and comments Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality - Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and client service - Strong track record with cross-training, task-sharing, and teamwork - Innovative mindset with proactive time management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
