Job Summary:

We are looking for a Growth Strategist who can help us scale faster by increasing student leads, improving our digital presence, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to attract more students
• Analyze performance data to find what’s working and what needs improvement
• Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Test and implement ideas to improve website traffic and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet growth targets
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new growth channels

Requirements:

• Proven experience in growth, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in EdTech and passion for business growth
• Must be able to work from our Calicut office

Qualifications:

• Must hold any Master’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or business development
• Good knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO)
• Creative thinking and data-driven mindset
