At Without, were scaling impact as fast as ambition, turning unrecyclable plastic into high-quality materials and products (like the worlds first recycled sunglasses) while pulling waste-pickers out of poverty We have the product, the story, and the mission Now, we need a Growth Scientist, someone who can build the machine that takes us to the next level This isnt a traditional marketing gig We arent looking for someone who just boosts posts We are looking for a Data Wizard and Tech Alchemist Someone who treats ROAS optimization like a mathematical proof, uses Generative AI to visualize campaigns before a camera even rolls, but is also humble enough to manage the daily social beat You operate at the intersection of code, creative, and conversion You understand that in , growth is part data science, part prompt engineering, and fully purpose-driven If you want to use the most advanced tools to solve the worlds hardest waste problem, this is your lab What We Are Looking For Results Over Degrees: We honestly dont care what degree you haveor if you have one at all We dont care if you went to an IIT or learned everything on YouTube We care about your 24 years of battle scars in high-stakes performance marketing Show us the ROAS you delivered, not your diploma The Tech/Data Wiz: You dont just read Google Analytics; you probably know a bit of SQL, or at least youre an absolute wizard with Looker Studio/Tableau You understand how to connect APIs, set up pixel events server-side, and troubleshoot tracking when the data doesnt match Gen-AI Alchemist: You are ahead of the curve You know how to use tools like Midjourney/Stable Diffusion to generate ad visuals, and you use LLMs to write high-converting copy scripts and automate workflows You dont fear AI; you wield it to do the work of three people Performance Native (80%): You are obsessed with the funnel From the first impression to the checkout page, you understand the mechanics of CAC, LTV, and AOV You know how to structure campaigns on Meta and Google to exploit the algorithm for maximum efficiency Social & Content Owner: You dont see Performance and Organic as silos You understand that a dead Instagram feed kills ad conversion You are comfortable jumping into the platforms to post, engage, and keep the community alive Growth Strategist (20%): You have the Executive mindset You look beyond the ad account You analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and product positioning to advise the founders on where we should grow next Creative Scientist: You believe data should dictate creative You can look at a spreadsheet and tell the creative team exactly what kind of image, hook, or video format will win next week Start-Up Resilience: You thrive in ambiguity You can build the dashboard from scratch because one doesnt exist yet You solve problems creatively and arent afraid to get your hands dirty English Proficiency: First language or near-native fluency youre comfortable writing sharp emails, leading strategy calls, and representing Without with clarity and confidence A growth mindset: A love for learning, and a knack for questioning assumptions while seeking innovative solutions Alignment with our mission: To create transformative social and environmental impact Location: Someone whos willing to spend considerable time in Pune, India this is not a remote role Someone who wants to be at the intersection of purpose, complexity, and action What Youll Do Own the Growth Stack: You are the owner of our customer acquisition engine You will strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging channels, ensuring we hit aggressive revenue targets Own the Feed (Social Posting): You will take charge of Withouts organic presence on Instagram and LinkedIn You will manage the posting calendar, publish content, and engage with our communityensuring our brand story stays loud and clear alongside our ads Tech-Enabled Optimization: You will implement and manage the tech stack required for growthattribution tools, CRM integrations, and automated reporting dashboards You ensure our data is clean, accurate, and actionable AI Creative Generation: You will lead the charge on using Generative AI to produce rapid creative iterations for testinggenerating backgrounds, product variations, or storyboard concepts to speed up our feedback loops Data-Driven Storytelling: You wont just report numbers; you will interpret them You will act as the bridge between Performance and Brand, using data to prove which stories resonate with our audience and why CRO & Funnel Hacking: You will obsess over the website experience Youll run A/B tests on landing pages, optimize checkout flows, and use heatmaps to ensure every click has the highest probability of converting Strategic Collaboration: As a senior member, you will sit with the product and sales teams to align our digital reach with our physical goals You will provide the Growth Executive perspective on new product launches and B2B lead generation strategies Report & Scale: You will present high-level growth strategies to leadership, forecasting scale and resource requirements Your Compensation An annual Cost-to-Company (CTC) between INR 12-15 Lakhs, based on experience and market standards, with provisions for variable compensation based on performance Stock Options (ESOPS) in the legal entity that vests over an agreed-to tenure A 3-month mutual incubation period Both you and we will have the option to end the agreement after three months if it isnt working out We provide benefits such as health insurance, flexible work hours (including unmonitored vacation) and Provident Fund contributions We believe in keeping the organisational structure as flat as possible, where nobody really reports to anybody, but instead, we try and hold each other accountable for outcomes and processes
