Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • · Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote healthcare services to corporates and large organizations.
  • · Exploring and adding B2B, B2C, B2B2C sales channels to promote and sell company products and services.
  • · Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • · Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • · Collaborate with healthcare service team to develop and implement healthcare service programs that meet the needs of corporate clients.
  • · Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the healthcare industry.
  • · Ability to structure and deliver business requirements on time, budget and within agreed quality.
  • · Generation of quality leads and Conversion of leads into sales.
  • · Conversion of leads into sales and meeting monthly and annual business targets.
  • · Meeting business targets set for FY.
  • · Promoting company name in market and empanelling new business partners to sell product and service.
  • · Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • · Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and adjust sales and marketing plans as needed.
  • · Interact with corporates and partners on the propositions.
  • · Ability to crunch numbers and keep track of regions topline and bottom-line by ensuring the growth of client base, sales figure, Customer satisfaction index.
  • · Strategizing and ensuring proper execution of business-related plans for the region.
  • · Leading initiatives across sales.
  • · Market and peer assessment on the sales progress based on the metrics set by the Company.
  • · Co-ordinating service launches.
  • · Good networking skills with the ability to identify the accounts to be targeted , penetrate these accounts, and establish relationship with CXO, CFO, CHRO and VP-HR

Candidate’s requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

· Corporate sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare services.

· Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently .

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
