Growth & Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to meet performance KPIs
• Conduct advanced audience segmentation, interest and lookalike targeting, and behavioral-based retargeting
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Monitor campaign performance daily, using tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Generate actionable reports with detailed insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations for clients
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to campaign goals
• Manage and optimize budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective lead generation and ROAS
• Stay updated with Meta’s evolving ad policies, trends, and algorithm changes
• Conduct competitor research and stay informed on industry best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with proven ROI
• Strong grasp of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking
• Experience managing campaigns with significant budgets and achieving measurable lead/sales targets
• Sound analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and attribution modeling
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and SEO is a plus
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Experience in healthcare or performance-driven sectors is an added advantage
• Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred)
