About the Role


We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist (CRO & Demand Planning) to join our digital marketing team in Bangalore. This mid-level role will focus on improving conversion rates across digital channels, supporting demand planning, and ensuring performance targets are achieved. The candidate will collaborate closely with our Google and Meta performance teams, run experiments using CRO tools, and use Excel- driven analysis to plan, track, and optimize campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): o Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages using VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, or Google Optimize. o Identify friction points in the user journey and recommend improvements to maximize conversions. o Work with design, tech, and content teams to implement high-impact CRO initiatives. • Demand Planning & Performance Tracking: o Partner with Google Ads and Meta Ads teams to align campaigns with monthly and quarterly conversion targets. o Forecast demand, track delivery vs. plan, and proactively highlight risks or opportunities. o Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel and BI tools to support planning and decision-making. • Data & Insights: o Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel. o Translate data into actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates. o Share regular reports and recommendations with leadership and crossfunctional stakeholders
Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field. MBA preferred. • Experience: 3–6 years in CRO, performance marketing, or growth marketing. • Strong expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) for reporting and demand planning. • Hands-on experience with CRO tools (VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, Google Optimize, etc.). • Practical understanding of performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
