Growth Marketing Executive


Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Executive to take full ownership of FiberFusion’s digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing social media, creating impactful content, driving SEO initiatives, and managing PPC campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and support global business development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to increase awareness and generate qualified leads across global markets
    • Identify new opportunities to target and engage potential customers, including international buyers seeking alternatives to traditional suppliers
  • Social Media Management

    • Manage and grow FiberFusion’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
    • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, industry-relevant content showcasing our products, capabilities, and success stories
    • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries to strengthen our online community
  • Content Marketing

    • Oversee website, blog, and thought leadership content to position FiberFusion as an industry leader
    • Ensure all content is aligned with SEO best practices and brand guidelines
  • SEO Management

    • Plan and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve global search visibility
    • Conduct keyword research focused on niche markets (e.g., aerospace, defense, marine)
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance regularly
  • PPC Management


    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) targeting international and domestic markets
    • Analyze campaign data to maximize ROI and drive qualified traffic
  • Analytics & Reporting


    • Measure and analyze digital performance data to guide decision-making and strategy refinement
    • Prepare detailed reports on KPIs, campaign performance, and growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, ideally in B2B or industrial sectors
  • Strong experience with SEO and PPC campaign management targeting global audiences
  • Excellent understanding of social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn and industry-specific platforms
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work in a fast-paced environment
