? 3-5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
? Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, lead tracking, and campaign attribution
? Proven track record of generating leads for US-based markets
? Familiarity with full-funnel lead gen strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
? Strong analytical skills with comfort in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
? Ability to optimize campaigns toward quality leadsnot just volume
? US client lead-gen experience is a strong plus
? Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
? Manage budgets, monitor spend, and improve cost-per-lead (CPL)
? Track and analyze leads through HubSpot, ensuring correct attribution across paid channels
? Report campaign performance with insights and actionable recommendations
? Set up experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion rates
? Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for aligned demand-gen efforts
? Research and implement keyword strategies for optimal ROI
? Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes and trends
