What you'll do: Own the growth charter for our content — from podcasts and posts to videos and reports. Find smart, non-obvious ways to distribute our content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, newsletters, forums, and wherever founders & builders live. Build and run digital communities — helping Z47 stay top-of-mind for founders, builders, investors, and operators. Use data and instincts to experiment with new channels, test content formats, and scale what works. Create systems and playbooks to make sure we keep growing week after week. Work closely with the content and investment teams to turn insights into reach. You should apply if: You've run growth or content playbooks before — whether at a startup, media brand, or community. You're endlessly curious about the internet, how businesses are built, how ideas spread, and how people think, learn & grow. You're all about rolling up your sleeves, trying new things, and moving fast without a lot of hand-holding. You're not afraid to DM 100 people or build a Notion-based community just to test a hunch. You are a cheerleader of the Indian startup scene, and love helping founders Bonus: You've built an audience or community of your own. You enjoy startup memes as much as founder deep-dives. You can write clearly and creatively. This role is full-time, based in Bangalore or Mumbai, and reports to the Z47 VP of Marketing.
