Job Description

Responsibilities:

Align CRM strategy to the overall brand strategy and business objectives
Ensuring consistent engagement with the customer base via push, emails, WA and other engagement levers
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to deliver the desired business outcomes. Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring ROI on marketing investments made.
Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the initiatives and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, design, sales, product, support and operations to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies with overall business objectives.
Continuously look for areas of improvement and partnership opportunities with various customer engagement and retention platforms.

Skills:

Strong Analytical thinking
Project Management
Strong understanding of various customer engagement tools like Moengage, Clevertap, etc.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, business understanding, and campaign management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
