Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive property sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, team development, market analysis, and coordination with marketing and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Oversee property listings, site visits, and client negotiations.

Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
