Growth Intern Special Projects & New Initiatives

As a Growth Intern for Special Projects & New Initiatives at INDmoney, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling new initiatives and special projects to expand our trader and investor user base. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership in content, marketing, product, and growth, gaining exposure to impactful projects such as community building, partnerships, and events. Your key responsibilities will include: - Community Building: - Building, scaling, and managing trader & investor communities - Driving daily engagement and sharing updates with product and growth teams - Tracking group activity, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive user experience - Collecting feedback and insights for product and growth decisions - Events: - Identifying opportunities to represent INDmoney at key events - Managing end-to-end event execution, including planning, coordination, and post-event engagement - Partnerships: - Identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities - Supporting negotiations, onboarding, and activation of partners for user growth - Tracking partnership performance and recommending optimizations Qualifications required for this role: - Strong interest in community building, user engagement, and growth - Passion for trading and stock markets with personal trading experience or formal finance education (CFA, FRM, CA) - Ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams - Basic SQL and coding knowledge is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Self-starter with a creative and problem-solving mindset This internship opportunity in Gurgaon offers a duration of 36 months with a high potential for a full-time offer based on your performance.
