Position Overview:

Demand Generation Growth Executive

Qualifications:

24 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, B2B outbound/inbound lead generation.

Strong background in digital marketing (paid ads + email campaigns + outreach).

Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline; experience meeting or exceeding targets.

Experience with tools including Marketo, Sales Navigator, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Meta Ads (or similar).

Excellent communication skills: writing effective emails, LinkedIn messages; persuasive cold calling.

Good data skills: ability to analyze campaign performance, derive insights, optimize outreach.

Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask, manage multiple campaigns & channels simultaneously.

Self-starter; proactive attitude; comfortable working in a fast-paced / iterative environment.
