Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Growth & Funnel Analytics

  • Track, analyse, and report key growth metrics across the insurance journeytraffic, leads, quotes, purchases, renewals, cross-sell, and drop-offs.
  • Identify bottlenecks and growth levers across acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels.
  • Build dashboards and performance trackers for leadership reviews.

2. New Product & Business Evaluation

  • Assist in evaluating new insurance product ideas, top-ups, riders, bundles, and partnerships.
  • Conduct cohort analysis, pricing comparisons, and impact assessment for proposed launches.
  • Support business cases, revenue projections, and feasibility analysis for new initiatives.

3. Experimentation & Optimization

  • Support A/B testing and experimentation across product journeys, pricing, communication, and offers.
  • Analyse experiment results and provide clear recommendations for scale or iteration.
  • Work closely with product and growth teams to prioritise high-impact initiatives.

4. Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Sales teams to provide analytical inputs for campaigns, launches, and GTM strategies.
  • Enable data-backed decision-making for partner negotiations and performance reviews.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

5. Business & Performance Reporting

  • Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports for leadership.
  • Track revenue, CAC, LTV, ROI, and unit economics across channels and products.
  • Highlight risks, opportunities, and corrective actions proactively.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, growth analytics, consulting, or strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (preferred), and data visualisation tools.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and deriving insights independently.
  • Understanding of digital funnels, growth metrics, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Prior exposure to insurance, fintech, or consumer internet businesses is a plus.
