Group Manager - Advanced Analytics & AI

Role Overview: You will be joining Airbus as a Group Manager leading the ModelOps platform in Bangalore, India. As part of the Digital function, your main responsibility will be to industrialize AI platforms and create a robust, automated, and resilient ecosystem for AI services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead AI teams to achieve success by defining product strategy, setting objectives, and designing the service roadmap - Have a strong passion for technology, modern platform mindset, and solving customer problems - Guide the selection of appropriate technologies and methodologies, making recommendations for buy versus build decisions - Manage resource capabilities and assignments, including internal resources and supplier resources - Drive continuous process improvement, monitor technology trends, and support teams in applying new technologies - Lead the team on a day-to-day operational basis, provide performance feedback, and coach and mentor team members - Work with Human Resources to recruit the right team members based on business needs - Develop the team to empower them to take responsibility for their jobs and goals Qualification Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate with 15+ years of experience in AI, Analytics, Automation & Software Engineering - Proficiency in Service Delivery Management, Project Management, and Leadership - Significant experience with AI/ML-powered products and a deep understanding of machine learning concepts - Practical experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and GCP - Understanding of ethical considerations in AI, relevant regulations, and compliance standards - Ability to work in a multicultural environment, risk-based approach, and innovative thinking - Excellent communication skills and past experience in team management - Knowledge of French is a plus Note: This job requires awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.,
