Group Lead MAC GRP and Structures

Your tasks will include leading and managing a team to foster a collaborative and productive working environment. You will be responsible for optimizing and refining processes and methods to increase efficiency, as well as planning, controlling, and coordinating team tasks. Additionally, you will review work results from team members, mentor and support them in their professional development and daily responsibilities, and represent the team and its deliverables to internal and external stakeholders. Handling performance management, workload distribution, and conflict resolution within the team will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. To qualify for this position, you should hold an Engineering Degree, preferably in mechanical engineering. A good knowledge of CAD and PLM tools, with a preference for Siemens NX/Teamcenter, is required. Experience in the design of glass reinforced plastic materials and manufacturing processes, as well as metallic welded structures and manufacturing processes, is essential. An extroverted personality that can bring people together is desired, along with comfort in working in an international and multicultural office setup. Clear and effective communication skills, good organizational abilities, and a problem-solving orientation are important qualities. Fluent English language skills are necessary, and knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a plus. Previous experience in the wind energy industry and availability to travel are also required.
