Group Head - Strategy

As a Brand Strategy Group Head, you will be responsible for managing a cluster of brands with a team of Managers and ensuring smooth team operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Thinking about clients" problems in relation to objectives through Digital Media and proposing creative solutions across various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and Mobile. - Having a strong understanding of different industries to align digital marketing strategies with clients" plans and bridge any gaps. - Directing the team of managers to conduct thorough research on brands/projects/pitches, including new trends and creative innovation. - Leading client calls, ensuring timely delivery of campaign-level briefs, and maintaining high-quality presentations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop brand launch campaigns, influencer campaigns, and social media strategies. - Providing qualitative solutions to the team on projects and managing time or quality crises effectively. - Crafting disruptive concepts for various requirements and identifying opportunities where creative assets can address business challenges. - Monitoring Digital & New Media industry trends, competitor offerings, and identifying potential business avenues for improvement. - Focusing on developing innovative and interactive Digital Media Campaigns & Ideas to drive creativity and impact for clients. - Creating Case Study narratives for awards submission to showcase organizational achievements. - Managing resource alignment and setting internal processes for smooth operations. You should have 6-10 years of work experience with skills in Brand strategy, Campaign execution, Leadership, Workflow Management, Verbal and written communication, Visual presentation, and Crisis management.,
