What You’ll Bring

• 5–7 years of experience in a creative or digital-first agency environment
• A

  killer portfolio

  that showcases visual storytelling across formats (static, motion, social, display, etc.)
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience in motion tools is a strong bonus
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools like

  Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, GPT-4o, Nano Banana, Veo 3, or Synthesia

• A keen eye for layout, typography, color theory—and how all that translates across platforms
• A collaborative spirit and natural ability to lead, mentor, and elevate creative work
• A love for visual experimentation, pop culture, and finding beauty in the unexpected
