  • Collaborate with on-site teams to maintain efficient ground operations and uphold quality service standards.
  • Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training sessions to enhance skill sets and operational knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Successful completion of Higher Secondary Education (12th grade) from a recognized board.
  • Must-Have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Must-Have: Ability to work on-site and adapt to a shift-based work schedule.
  • Must-Have: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach towards problem-solving.
  • Preferred: Prior exposure to customer service or ground operations in the aviation/hospitality industries.
