Qualifications

Experience in machine operation, specifically grinding machinery and tools
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders
Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment
Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities
High school ,diploma or equivalent; technical training like ITI, Fresher or certification is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role or in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
