Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Grinding Operator, located in Ahmedabad. The Grinding Operator will set up and operate grinding machines to produce precision parts and instruments. Key responsibilities include reading blueprints or job orders, selecting appropriate machinery, using measurement tools to ensure accuracy, inspecting finished components for compliance, and performing regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications Experience in machine operation, specifically grinding machinery and tools Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork abilities High school ,diploma or equivalent; technical training like ITI, Fresher or certification is a plus Previous experience in a similar role or in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
