Grievance Advisor

As an Advisor at PhonePe, you will be a crucial part of the Customer Experience team based in Bangalore. You will have the responsibility of providing quick and meaningful resolutions to customer problems related to PhonePe accounts and transactions. Your role will involve interacting with customers through both phone and data channels, ensuring to act with integrity and prioritize a customer-first approach in every interaction. The Customer Experience Operations team at PhonePe takes pride in owning and improving the overall customer experience by understanding customer issues, collaborating with internal teams, and implementing effective solutions. As an Advisor, you will play a key role in building customer trust, meeting productivity goals, and driving resolution by leveraging internal processes and resources. To excel in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a quick learner, possess active listening abilities, and demonstrate a strong customer orientation. Being a team player who is open to feedback, able to multitask efficiently, and manage time effectively is essential. Proficiency in English and Hindi is a requirement, along with a mandatory graduation (10+2+3). Multilingual skills in South Indian languages are preferred.
