We are looking for a well-spoken and presentable Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our showroom. This role is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for every visitor, assisting with basic customer needs, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet all walk-in customers and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.

· Maintain a welcoming environment at the showrooms.

· Assist guests with seating, refreshments, or directions as needed.

· Manage visitor logs and appointment schedules.

· Handle basic customer queries or route them to relevant staff.

· Coordinate with sales, admin, or support teams for seamless service.

· Ensure reception/lobby area is always neat, presentable, and organized.

Skills & Requirements:

· Prior experience in guest handling, front desk, hospitality, or showroom environment is preferred.

· Strong verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati (preferable

· Warm personality, presentable appearance, and professional grooming.

· Ability to remain calm, courteous, and helpful under pressure.
