Urgently required for a Greeter at a reputed jewelry store who welcomes customers, provides information, and directs them to the appropriate staff or section of the store
· Greet customers with a friendly attitude
· Understand what the customer is looking for and their requirements
· Direct customers to the sales staff or section of the store where they can find the products they are looking for
· Providing information about the store's products and services, including current sales and promotions
· Help keeping the store clean and welcoming
· Assist with managing customer relations and the front office
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
