Role Overview:

The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for prospective clients visiting our residential property site. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience, assisting clients through the sales process, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests visiting the property site, ensuring a professional and hospitable experience.
  • Understand client requirements and provide detailed information about available residential projects.
  • Coordinate property site visits and guide clients through amenities and features.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the reception and guest areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
  • Support in organizing client engagement activities and events at the property site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or real estate sales support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client queries effectively.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in luxury real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Customer-centric approach with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
