JOB DESCRIPTION – GUEST RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

(Only Female Candidates)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Guest Relationship Executive to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

This role involves managing guest interactions, resolving inquiries and concerns, and providing accurate information about services and amenities. Close coordination with internal departments is essential to deliver consistent service excellence while proactively anticipating guest needs with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests courteously and professionally upon arrival.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and guests.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, information, and basic support services.
  • Manage and resolve guest requests, concerns, and complaints efficiently; escalate issues when required.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding services, amenities, policies, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest service operations.
  • Maintain the front desk and reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable manner.
  • Manage visitor entry registers and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and handle basic correspondence.
  • Maintain records of guest interactions and feedback for service improvement.
  • Monitor guest experiences and proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
  • Support administrative and front office tasks as assigned by management.
  • Uphold company service standards, protocols, and brand values at all times.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members, when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, customer-focused attitude.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Professional appearance with high grooming standards.
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email handling, and CRM systems.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate or Diploma (any stream).
  • Experience:
  • Fresher’s may apply, or
  • Up to 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, front office, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Prior experience in hotels, food courts, malls, corporate offices, hospitals, or premium service environments is an advantage.

Working Conditions-

  • Able to work in weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
  • Role may require standing and continuous interaction with guests for extended periods.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or demanding environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
