GRC Senior Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the GRC technology platform, ensuring availability, performance, and alignment with organizational policies.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex GRC workflows to automate risk assessments, incident reporting, and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate GRC requirements into functional solutions.
• Perform regular platform reviews, health checks, and drive continuous improvements to enhance user experience.
• Lead the integration of GRC platform with external systems (e.g., ticketing tools, SIEM, HRMS) for data sharing and analytics.
• Manage change requests, upgrades, and patches to ensure platform stability.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on GRC platform functionalities.
• Generate advanced reports and dashboards for senior management to support decision-making.
• In-depth experience in managing and configuring GRC platforms (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream).
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC2).
• Experience in workflow automation, API integrations, and platform customization.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) for platform customization.
