Job Description

We are looking for candidates for the position of Zscaler Engineer

Position:

Location:

Experience Required:

Job Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and manage
Zscaler ZIA and ZPA
security solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and convert them into effective Zscaler policies.
Monitor Zscaler environment performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless secure connectivity.
Conduct regular policy and configuration reviews to enhance performance and maintain compliance.
Assist in drafting and improving network security policies and procedures.
Participate in security incident handling, including analysis, containment, and remediation.
Stay updated on the latest Zscaler features, security trends, and best practices.
Provide knowledge-sharing support to peers and junior team members when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in
Zscaler ZIA & ZPA
deployment and administration.
Strong understanding of
TCP/IP, routing, switching
, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
Experience working with
Firewalls, VPNs, and Cloud Security solutions
.
Knowledge of
Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
and
SASE
frameworks.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Zscaler certifications (ZCCP / ZCE)
will be considered an added advantage.
