Graphics/Video Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics cum Video Designer to produce engaging and visually appealing content for digital platforms. The role involves creating graphics, illustrations, motion graphics, and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and branding purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

· Design visually compelling graphics for social media posts, banners, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.

· Develop branding elements, infographics, and UI assets as per brand guidelines.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design creatives for campaigns.

Video Design & Editing

· Create and edit videos for ads, reels, explainer videos, product demos, and event coverage.

· Add animations, transitions, effects, and audio enhancements to produce professional-quality videos.

· Design motion graphics and short animations for social media and promotional use.

Content Optimization

· Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Websites, etc.).

· Ensure all designs are optimized for web, mobile, and print.

Collaboration & Innovation

· Work closely with the content and marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

· Stay updated with latest design trends, video editing tools, and social media formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

· Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools is a plus.

· Ability to work on motion graphics, 2D animations, and short-form video content.

· Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Experience with 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema4D).

· Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

· Understanding of video compression, formats, and optimization for various platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
