We are looking for a Graphic Designer cum Office Executive who can handle both creative design work and daily office management tasks. The candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of multitasking.
Graphic Designing Duties -
Create designs for banners, posters, flex, visiting cards, brochures, social media creatives, etc.
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing work if required.
Edit and modify designs as per client or management requirements.
Maintain design files and artwork records.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of design work.
Office & Management Duties -
Handle daily office operations and administrative work.
Maintain office records, files, bills, and documents.
Attend client inquiries (in-person, phone, or WhatsApp).
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients.
Manage work schedules and follow-ups.
Assist management in day-to-day office activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator (mandatory).
Basic knowledge of printing materials and processes (preferred).
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
